Outpatient Coordinator

Via Linda Behavioral Hospital, an innovative behavioral health hospital offering a full continuum of outpatient and outpatient services to the people of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix, Arizona metro area. The Outpatient Coordinator will be responsible for communicating eligibility to key members of senior leadership & associated departments and will be responsible for routinely collecting and entering data, scheduling appointments, and supporting chart compliance. They will also complete appropriate documentation in MS4 for inquiry calls for Outpatient. They will also assist with outcome reporting as needed. He/She will have a thorough understanding of the Step-Down Playbook, implementing components of the Playbook as needed. A thorough understanding of the Inpatient workflow process, as it pertains to case management and discharge planning, is preferred.

Skills / Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's perferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in a psychiatric health care facility.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
